Payment Terms
Payment is easy and secure and processed through Paypal. You may use a debit or credit card without having a Paypal account for your convenience.
Full payment is due prior to your pet service appointment. There are no refunds. If you need to cancel an appointment your payment will be credited towards future services. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a service.
In addition to paying with a credit or debit card you may pay with cash. Tipping your pet sitter is not required or expected but always welcome and appreciated.
Phone Consultation
An initial phone consultation is necessary before scheduling our services. You will have the opportunity to ask us any questions to determine if we are a good fit. This gives you the opportunity to discuss specific needs and instructions regarding your pet.
During this phone call you will be asked certain questions such as the breed, weight, age of your fur baby. You will also be asked your home address or hotel you are in and the day and time you need a pet sitter. We can't guarantee last minute visits but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Policies
All pets must be up to date with their rabies vaccination. This is for the safety of our pet sitters. In addition, your fur baby cannot be aggressive towards strangers or have a history of aggression.
We require all Pet Parents to sign our service agreement. Pet Parents must provide a valid contact number where they can be reached at all times.
You will be asked to provide specific instructions on care and feeding as we want to make your pets experience one that is comfortable and familiar.
We do not allow dogs off leash during walks and they must be harnessed. We will not allow your pets to come into contact with other animals at any time.
Cats will be required to be indoors during the duration of visits without exception.
